How do I upload image slides to my department TV and/or college marquee?

Campus TV/marquee programming is scheduled by our communications team. We offer training and access to frequent content creators. For more details, contact hollingsheade@seminolestate.edu.

Where can I find photography for my department webpage(s)?

Official college photography can be found at seminolestate.photoshelter.com.

To request free access to download photos, contact wertr@seminolestate.edu.

Can I upload my own photography for my department webpage(s)? 

We approve client proposed photography on a case-by-case basis. Published photography must be consistent with brand and quality. For more details on criteria, contact wertr@seminolestate.edu. 

Can I upload custom non-photo designs to my department webpage(s) main hero banner?

No. Webpage hero banners are reserved for photography or video only. Custom digital graphics such as icons, logos, illustrations are allowed in the content area. For more details, contact wertr@seminolestate.edu.

My vendor is asking for "vector" art? 

Vector art is usually referenced as the original source file for designs. The common file extensions are [.ai] [.eps] [.svg]. Typically these design files are reserved for flat solid color graphics such as logos and illustrations. For more details, contact wertr@seminolestate.edu.
