You can upload exported video files (.MP4s, .WMVs, etc) to Panopto.
Sign in to Panopto
Sign in to Panopto at https://seminolestate.hosted.panopto.com/ using your Canvas credentials
Go to the desired folder in Panopto
On the left-hand side, navigate to the appropriate folder (or click My Folder, and move the video to another folder at a later time.)
Open the Upload media window
Click the Create button and select Upload.
Upload the video file
Upload your file by dragging or by clicking to find it on your computer. Wait for the dialogue box to say you can close the window.
