On occasion, the shared screen does not appear in the Zoom Meeting recording in Panopto. The following steps show how to reveal the shared screen.
Edit the desired video
Locate the desired Panopto video and click Edit (Edit is also a pencil icon in the upper right corner of the video).
The Panopto editor will open.
Reveal the one side of thehidden Shared Screen stream
Hover over the middle of the Shared Screen stream (S1) [1]. Click and slowly drag left [2].
The background color of the left portion of the Shared Screen stream (S1) will change from gray to white.
Reveal the second side of the hidden Shared Screen stream
Hover over the middle again until the cursor changes to a double-arrow [1]. Click and slowly drag right [2].
The background color of the right portion of the Shared Screen stream (S1) will change from gray to white.
If the start or end of the shared screen is still hidden, click Zoom buttons (magnifying glasses) and drag over those portions.
Click Apply
Click Apply. The Panopto video will reprocess and the shared screen will be visible.
