In order to capture the optimal class meeting recording of only the faculty and their shared screen Record gallery view with shared screen is turned off by default for faculty (Non-faculty have gallery view turned on). This will ensure the final recording in Panopto will not include the gallery view of students.
If you need to include the gallery view in your recordings (such as performing arts, meetings, proctoring, etc.), you will need to enable Record gallery view with shared screen.
To turn on Record gallery view with shared screen:
Access your Zoom settings
Sign in to https://seminolestate.zoom.us/signin and click Settings.
Access your Recoding settings
Click Recordings at the top of the screen.
Turn on Gallery view with shared screen
Check the box for Record gallery view with shared screen.
Save the setting.
Scroll down and click Save.
